The installation of the cam lock is very simple, but some installation details should also be paid attention to. Some points for attention during installation are as follows.
First of all, the installation shall be carried out in strict accordance with the product specifications, and the installation center distance, application range and unlocking method of locks shall be clearly recognized. Special attention should be paid not to installing on wooden frame doors with high humidity to prevent corrosion of harmful substances. The following are specific operations:
1. Set the lock body and bolt center according to the "fixed distance template".
2. Circle from the two center points, drill a cam lock body hole with a diameter of 54mm, then bore a lock body hole with a diameter of 25mm, and at the same time drill a lockbolt plate socket.
3. Remove the inner handle with the tip of the fitting.
4. Install the lock bolt into the bolt hole on the side of the door first, fasten it with screws, then install the lock body, insert the lock body hole from the room, and at the same time buckle the tail end of the bolt to combine it with the lock body.
5. Adjust the position of the outer adjusting ring so that the center of the lock body is at the center line of the door thickness.
6. Cover the handle bush with the inner handle, press down the positioning card with the closing end of the fitting, and then push the inner handle in to pin it and the handle bush together without releasing.
7. If the key, the outer and inner handles are flexible to open, then the lock is installed correctly. During installation, it must be noted that every step must be fixed to prevent accidents.

6. Cover the handle bush with the inner handle, press down the positioning card with the closing end of the fitting, and then push the inner handle in to pin it and the handle bush together without releasing.
7. If the key, the outer and inner handles are flexible to open, then the lock is installed correctly. During installation, it must be noted that every step must be fixed to prevent accidents.
